All of our work is 100% handwoven and forged in New Jersey, USA!

As a rule of thumb, expect 1-3 weeks processing time for our made-to-order jewelry and other small adornments or accessories.

If you are planning on commissioning, or have commissioned, a larger piece, we will work one-on-one with you throughout the entire process. We take pride in thoroughly bringing concepts to reality, so depending on the intricacy of the weave(s) and the material(s) involved, the feasible speed of labor will vary.

While we do not currently offer a repair service, we plan on making lifetime repairs available for the cost of postage in the future!

Yes! We offer shipping to anywhere in the world. Our shipping rates will reflect the best option available. Where possible, we use flat rate services.

Please note some international deliveries will be subject to customs and tariffs when entering the destination country. Texta Terra LLC is not responsible for any additional shipping/delivery fees or delays incurred by the purchaser as a result of destination country laws or regulations. We cannot guarantee refunds on shipments lost in post, held or never claimed at customs, or otherwise indefinitely deferred in any way.

We are not currently offering a return service. This is something we plan to make available in the future.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us immediately after discovering the problem. Please include detailed photos and a description of the problem, so we may assess what may be done.

Any notice of an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival received more than seven days after delivery of the item will not be honored.

We reserve the right to use our sole discretion regarding any and all product inquiries.
